Hello there! I'm a healthy 22 year old mother of two. I have a 16 month old and a one month old who was born at the beginning of November.
Fitness is a very big part of my families life. I work out 5 times a week and even continued this regimen throughout both of my pregnancies. I mostly eat chicken, turkey, rice and veggies. I can count on one hand how many times I've been sick in the last 10 years. I don't do drugs, smoke or drink. I take a daily multi vitamin, calcium, magnesium and folic acid.
Both of my babies have never been sick. They are both in the 90th percentile for height and weight. They are healthy and happy!
