3. Local or shipping: Prefer local (could possibly meet within an hour’s drive)

4. Medications: Prenatals (Garden of Life) and Sunflower Lecithin from Legendary Milk. **Unvaxxed**

5. Is lab work available or willing to have infectious disease labs ran upon request at donee’s cost?: At donee’s expense or previous pregnancy lab work can be made available if necessary. I have lab work from when I gave birth (04/28/2022).

9. Date of milk and how it’s stored: May 2022 to present

10. Type of freezer, regular or deep: Milk is stored in an upright freezer. Also have some fresh milk if that’s preferred.
