I am a registered dietitian with a 4 month old (third baby) with food sensitivities. It took us a couple months, but we finally determined my son does well when I avoid diary, soy, gluten, corn, and beef. I am very cautious with this diet and exclude even small sources such as maltodextrin, modified food starch, corn starch, high fructose corn syrup, and soy lecithin. It was a stressful journey figuring out what foods my son could tolerate, and I feel for others with similar babies. I do not have much extra breast milk right now, but I respond well to pumping and am willing to pump for anyone who might want to try their baby on this diet for $2/ounce. I know dairy/soy free is commonly needed for babies.

As a dietitian, food safety is a big concern for me. I am careful with how I handle the milk and put it in the freezer immediately after pumping. Therefore, the bags all have slightly different amounts in them but I write the amounts on each bag. I would not differentiate between milk I would use for my son versus milk I would sell.

I am on a prenatal vitamin, omega 3's, and occasional other vitamins. I do not take medications except for an occasional Tylenol or ibuprofen.

I am negative for HIV, and Syphilis. I have prenatal testing I'm willing to show upon request.

I live in the Eau Claire, Wisconsin area and would be willing to meet anyone from Minneapolis area in Menomonie.
