Hi! I’ve been vegan for around ten years and have become very good at avoiding contamination. No eggs, dairy, meat, or other animal byproducts in my system or milk whatsoever. I still eat plenty of protein and my milk has great fat content! I am fully vaccinated and rarely sick. I am also five years clean and sober, so none of the milk has any alcohol or illicit substances in it.
