Over-producing Mama Selling Excess Breastmilk - No drug, nicotine or alcohol use. Healthy mama w/clean diet and regular exercise. I have hundreds of ounces in my freezer and need to clear out some space! Sanitary pumping practices with sanitation between pumps and clean home. Milk is pumped into 3-6oz Lansinoh bags and frozen the same day in deep freezer. My diet includes lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and clean protein along with grains and a small amount of dairy. I exercise regularly. My LO is healthy and happy!
