I am a 31 year old second time mom. I am currently 2 months PP, I have over 1000 ounces of frozen breastmilk. Bagged every other day in 4 ounce quantities starting end of March 2025-Current. All stored in a deep freezer.
I have 1 cup of coffee a day
I am NOT dairy free
I do not drink or smoke.
I take only prenatal vitamins every day and Tylenol as needed.
I have received the Covid vaccine and 1 booster and the Flu shot

My baby gained 3 lbs in the first month on my breastmilk. Born 6lbs 11oz and first month appt 9lbs 11oz.
