My diet isnt restricted but is high protein
I haven’t had vaccines during pregnancy or postpartum.
Only an occasional tylenol or ibuprofen
Occasional sunflower lechtin when feeling clogged
I store in the fridge for 24 hours then bag it
It’s frozen in a deep freezer in 5 ounce bags and in zip log bags or “bricks” of 50 ounces.
I use the momcosy washer, sterilizer, and dryer after each pump.
Labs and Drug and Alcohol test from 5/27 I can share
I’m in the process of becoming milk bank certified and can share those labs next week
