I am a non smoker and never drink alcohol.
I have no restrictions in diet but make sure it's balanced.
I use medications and supplements
I used these same medication all during pregnancy and breastfeeding journey with my one year old.
There is not adverse affects on them. I was checked frequently during pregnancy and have regular pediatric appointments. They are growing and developing appropriately. There isn't any research on how much is in breast milk and the effects of it on children so please take into consideration.
