The milk is high lipase, however, the special bags used to freeze the milk (Legendairy Barrier Bags) somehow prevent the lipase from forming. If desired and serious inquiry, you're welcome to try a sample bag first

Mostly ate organic foods, a wide range of proteins and consumed peanuts, gluten and dairy. Very little caffeine (only from decaf coffee or small amounts of chocolate consumed), no alcohol whatsoever, no medications and of course no smoking/recreational use of anything of any kind. Interested in low-tox living, so very few plastics in the kitchen/lifestyle, do not use non-stick cookware, etc. Prenatal vitamins were taken during most of the duration of milk collection.

Located in northern Delaware, however travel to southern Delaware frequently and the Eastern Shore of MD (from Newark to Easton/Cambridge area). Also travel to College Park, MD so points along 95 from Newark can work for milk drop off as well.
