I currently have a 13 week old and I pump 60-80 oz per day.
I have been screened and approved for hospital donation, have been donating in the Hospital since March 2025.
I have 2.5 gallon Ziploc bags fill with 6-7oz baggies of breastmilk.
In the last 21 days I have pump 1378 oz.
No drinking or drugs.
Healthy eating, high in vegetable, mainly dairy free around 95% of my meals are dairy free. Not due to allergies on my part but because I have a 3 year old that is allergic to dairy and we are not sure if our child would also have a dairy allergy so we keep dairy low so it does not affect my baby.
