I have over 1,200oz stored since February 2025. Milk bagged & froze daily, stored in deep freezer. All pump equipment cleaned and sterilized daily.
No drugs, alcohol, or tobacco.
No dietary restrictions; healthy and well balanced
No weight or reflux issues for my LO- he’s almost 4 months old.
Daily women’s multivitamin and occasional Tylenol for pain relief.
Covid vax in 2021; flu and tdap vax during pregnancy.
Labs completed during pregnancy were all normal/negative.
