I’m a breastfeeding mom with a healthy 3-month-old baby who experienced acid reflux early on. Through an elimination diet, I found that dairy and egg proteins were the triggers, so I’ve completely removed them from my diet. My breast milk is now dairy- and egg-free—ideal for babies with intolerances or reflux caused by those allergens.

I produce about 16 oz of extra milk daily and would love to help another family in need, ideally someone local.
