Healthy mom of 2 healthy kids.
No smoking, no drugs, occasional drinking. (Any milk pumped up to 12hrs after last drink is marked to keep for my baby)

Pumping 25-35 ounces a day after nursing.

Bottles are sanitized after each use.
Wearable pump is stored in fridge after each use. Washed and sterilized every night and then used again in the morning.
Overnight pumping is done with Medela Pump in Style Advanced. Clean bottles and parts for each session

Milk for each day is mixed before bagging to ensure equal amounts of nutrients, liquids and fats (I feel like some pumps are more liquid than fats as just hydration for baby rather than food)
Milk is kept in fridge for up to 24-48hrs before freezing. Kept in fridge freezer for 3-4 days until ziplocs fill up before placing in deep freezer.

I like to bag 6oz in each bag. If a top-up is needed milk from the next day is added.

Willing to sell to men for $1.50 per ounce

Local pickup, can possibly deliver depending on how far and additional fee for gas.
