Our own baby was born at 29 weeks through an emergency cesarean section due to preeclampsia. He was able to feed nearly exclusively from my milk and has been very healthy and growing fast.

I pump using the hospital grade Medela pump at home, and Baby Buddha or Mom Cozy when away from home. All parts are washed and sterilized with every use. Milk is frozen within 24 hours and stored in 0*F freezer.

Breast milk is wonderful for infant nutrition, but can also be used for various other purposes including but not limited to;
- Toddler Food Preparation (Use on cereal, replace water in instant mashed potatoes, make Mac N Cheese sauce, etc.)
- Ear Infections (Use like ear drops)
- Nasal Congestion (Use like saline)
- Skin Treatments (Can relieve diaper rash, cradle cap, eczema, and baby acne)
- Teething (Try breast milk ice cubes)

No diseases communicable or otherwise. No major health issues. Normal vaccines completed, recent flu shot completed, COVID 19 vaccine not taken. No dietary restrictions.
