ABOUT MY DIET

I live a healthy lifestyle 80% /20% . I consume a mostly organic diet. Meat I eat comes straight from local farms with grass fed and finished beef, pasture raised chickens that do not consume gmo grains, pasture raised eggs, and mainly organic produce. No tap water, no alcohol , no cigarettes . I buy my flour from mills. I make majority of my food from scratch.
( sourdough goods , bone broths , sauces, etc) . In the warmer months I grow my own organic garden and can many goods. I never take medicine ( unless absolutely needed for emergency) and I only high quality vitamins.

I do have a frozen supply of milk from when he was born up until 3.5 months old if that is what is needed. It is currently stored in my deep feeezer .
