• Pumped during healthy periods with no medications, drugs, or smoking
• Mostly from a high-protein, well-balanced diet
• No known diseases, no breast infections, no mastitis
• Some bags are older and I don’t have exact pump dates for all, but everything has remained frozen since the day it was pumped
