Hi there! I’m a healthy breastfeeding mom of a happy 9-month-old baby with a strong milk supply and more than enough to share. I currently have 367+ ounces of frozen breast milk stored and continue to pump 15–18 oz/day, 5 days a week — available for one-time or ongoing purchase.

Here’s full transparency about me and my milk:

Medications: I take Zoloft (sertraline 25mg) and a daily prenatal vitamin — both considered safe while breastfeeding (approved by my doctor).
Alcohol: I occasionally enjoy a drink (1–3 drinks per week) but never pump within 8+ hours of consuming alcohol.
Diet: Balanced diet including dairy and soy; no known allergies in baby
No smoking, no drugs
Milk is pumped into sterile Medela freezer bags, labeled, and frozen immediately
Stored in a deep freezer at consistent -4°F, most bags are 4–8 oz, can begin bagging in specific quantities for recurring orders
