Hi I’m a momma of three girls and I make too much milk. My newest baby was born July 3rd so I have some early milk. I do drink coffee but no more than one cup a day and not daily. Non smoking and I don’t drink. Most of my food intake consists of food made at home. Not always organic and grass fed but we do our best.
