I just recently had a baby and currently make 15-25 ounces extra a day. I am non-smoker, don't drink alcohol, and no drugs or medications. No food restrictions but drink limited caffeine. Pump parts are washed and sterilized between each use in a Papablic baby bottle washer/sterilizer/dryer. Between my other 3 children I have successfully donated around 20,000 ounces of breast milk.
