I’m a mom to a healthy 7 month old boy.

I have a rather large freezer stash of milk that I am unfortunately not able to make a dent in as I’m still pumping and my boy started drinking less due to starting solids/teething.

About me:
~I eat a balanced diet, I do exclude anything from my diet as I believe I can expose my boy to a lot of foods through my breast milk and hopefully decrease chances of allergies in the future
~I’m not on any medications. Only postnatals and supplements
~I drink caffeine 1-2 times a week
~I do not consume alcohol
~Non Smoker
