Please read header, it includes important information regarding my diet. My diet and water intake is fantastic. I drink no less than 128 oz of water a day. I also do not drink any caffeinated beverages outside of a hot green tea with honey 1-3x a week, not exceeding 95mg of caffeine.
I do not drink alcohol or do any drugs. I am a healthy young woman. If I am unable to get you an excess of milk at the moment, I apologize. I’m still building my supply and am mostly feeding my baby by breast. Please message me, and I will get back with you promptly.
