I am not on any sort of unique diet. I do take a form of levothyroxine (Synthroid) to keep thyroid levels balanced. I do drink coffee but not excessively. I do not drink alcohol. Negative for HIV and blood borne diseases, can provide documentation if requested. Milk first refrigerated & then frozen within 48 hours of being pumped.
