Hello! I am a 22-year-old mother in Ontario, Canada looking to sell my ~300 oz freezer stash of frozen breast milk.

Lifestyle & diet
• Clean, high-protein diet (minimum 120 g protein daily)
• Non-drinker
• No prescription or recreational drug use
• Daily prenatal vitamins
• Caffeine intake equivalent to ~2 cups of coffee per day
• No seafood consumption due to allergy

Nicotine disclosure: I occasionally use nicotine products (vape/Zyn, no cigarettes) approximately once daily, typically 4+ hours before pumping.

Pumping & storage
• Expressed February–March 2026
• Pumped using sterilized Baby Buddha pump parts and a Haakaa shell
• Pump parts sterilized or stored in refrigerator max 12 hours between uses
• Milk stored in Lansinoh sterile bags
• Frozen same day as expression and kept in a deep freezer
