I am a a breastfeeding mother to 2 children, once recently stopped at the age of two, and currently now nursing a newborn. I am in my early 30’s, born and still living in London.

I have an incredibly healthy newborn, at a very good weight, however, I still have an oversupply of milk which I pump daily and pour away as my baby will not take a bottle.

I follow a strict gluten free diet, and both my children are currently very healthy. My two year old is rarely sick despite attending nursery 5 days a week.

I exercise weekly when I can, and have a mostly heathy diet (with the odd chocolate indulgence). I am a non smoker, non drinker. I’ve had the covid vaccine and keep up with all other vaccinations and boosters. I currently have not had any serious illnesses throughout my life.
