As a three-time gestational surrogate and experienced breast milk donor, I have a genuine appreciation for the opportunity to support families and committed to maintaining exceptionally high standards in the expression, handling, and storage of my breast milk.

I place a strong emphasis on my health and overall wellness. I maintain an active lifestyle with consistent exercise and follow a predominantly Mediterranean-style diet centered around wholesome, nutrient-dense foods. I do not smoke, take medications, or consume alcohol, and I am highly conscientious about the choices I make regarding my health and nutrition.

I am equally diligent in maintaining thorough sanitation and milk-handling practices. All pumping equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, with careful attention given to cleanliness throughout the pumping process. Each collection is promptly transferred to breast milk storage bags, appropriately labeled, and frozen immediately following expression to maintain freshness and proper storage conditions.

I have previous experience donating through an established breast milk donation program, which has further reinforced the importance of consistent sanitation, careful handling, and proper storage practices.

Having completed three surrogacy journeys, supporting families in this capacity is truly meaningful to me. I recognize the trust involved in selecting breast milk for a child and welcome open communication regarding my health, diet, lifestyle, pumping and sanitation practices, storage procedures, and available supply.
