Hey there! I’m a 27 year old new mom, my daughters 5m old. She was born premature but thanks to my milk she is thriving! I’ve recently decided to share her benefits, especially since I’m a huge over producer - roughly producing 45-55 ounces a day at this time! I can also provide milk for baths/balms to help with skin conditions - any time my girl has a break out of baby acne or diaper rash, 1-2 baths with some added to it instantly clears her skin up!
I have a healthy/clean lifestyle - the milk is bagged and frozen (stored in a deep freezer) within 2-3 days of being pumped. I do drink dairy, and I am on antidepressants for PPD as well as taking sun flower lecithin to prevent clogs. Other than that, I’m a non smoker/drinker and do not take any other meds/drugs.
