I’m 31 years old with no health problems for me or for baby. Baby is (at date of this post) 1 month old and already 2 pounds past birth weight. My diet is very clean and natural. I eat diary-free to help keep breastmilk free of cow’s milk proteins that cause irritation to baby’s digestive system (minimizes gas and risk of colic). My baby eats a TON and I have a lot of excess milk stored already too. I am active and healthy. Maintained my exercise and activity levels through my entire pregnancy by walking and working out via Echelon Bike. Absolutely NO smoking (ever), alcohol, drug use, or vaping. Basically, I don’t want MY baby getting harmed second-hand by that crap, so you don’t have to worry about YOUR baby getting harmed.
