My baby has thrived on my milk having gained 2oz from birthweight during his 5 day check up. He has since continued to grow wonderfully, sticking to 75th percentile.

I am not on any diet, I eat what a like. However have always been a healthy individual with healthy children. I do eat dairy, so if you are avoiding such substances this milk is not for you.
