Hi! I’m a mom to a beautiful 6 week old baby boy. I have the wonderful blessing of over producing. I had a surplus of over 5000 oz with my first son. I currently have 500 oz+ of milk frozen in 6oz Lasinoh bags in a deep freezer.

5. Professional Athlete - I eat a very well rounded diet with lots of leafy greens from my garden. My baby is strong and healthy!
6. Taking prenatal, calcium, magnesium, Vitamin D, and Zinc.
7. Minimal caffeine, no drugs, alcohol, or tobacco.
8. 6 week old baby. Milk is from May to present.
9. Covid vaxed but not boosted.
