I am a 26 year old second time mum. I have been exclusively pumping since birth and have a natural over supply. I have stored breast milk in 8oz breast milk storage bags and frozen directly after pumping. My diet is healthy, nutritional and balanced and I am a non smoker and none of of my breast milk is stored with consumption of alcohol.
