I am a 26 year old mother of two, currently exclusively pumping for my 3 month old. I have a natural over supply so can provide fresh breastmilk or frozen. I am have a healthy, balanced, and nutritional diet and am a non smoker. None of my milk has been stored after consumption of alcohol. I store my breast milk in 8oz breast milk storage bags and freeze directly after pumping. If you buy Fresh then it will be chilled and shipped directly after a pumping session in insulated packaging alongside either ice pack or frozen breast milk bag(s).
