Over-producing Mom hoping to share my liquid gold with another family in need. My baby is thriving on Mom's milk and I hope to do the same for your little one.

I produce an extra 50 Oz of breastmilk a day.

I don't smoke. I have an occasional drink, and when I drink I dump the milk.

I take postnatal vitamins and eat a well rounded diet. Lots of fruit and veggies, and chicken. Very little red meat. Some dairy but not alot. I’m currently avoiding legumes to help baby girl’s colic.
