That being said, I have a clean diet consisting of many proteins, fruits, and vegetables, not to mention healthy postpartum meals of beef liver, bone broths, and beef bones/marrows. Dye-free lifestyle. Of Asian and Latin descent so my meals do take in a good amount of veggies and proteins.

I take many rich vitamins and supplements such as prenatals with dha + choline + folic acid, Wholesome Grass-Fed Beef Liver supplements, Pure Antarctic Krill Oil w/ Omega 3, Calcium, Magnesium, etc.
