I eat a whole foods, traditional based diet - homemade sourdough bread, fermented foods, grassfed meats, lots of butter, sardines, etc. No vaccines.

No drugs or nicotine. No second hand smoke. Alcohol occasionally, but the milk does not have any alcohol.

Milk ranges from April 26th - June 29th all kept in my deep freezer.

I do the pitcher method, and all milk is bagged and frozen within 24 hours.
