I am a first time mum to Elis, who was born on the 30th of May 2023. I am 34 years old,, healthy and fit. I produce a lot of milk and already donate to milk bank for premature babies. Therefore, I had thorough health screens including screen for infectious diseases that can be passed in milk. Additionally, I follow strict procedures set out by the milk bank to ensure great hygiene.

I do not smoke
I do not drink alcohol
I do not take any medication
I take pregnacare breastfeeding supplement at recommended dose.

Our baby is thriving on my milk and I will be happy to provide milk to other babies locally. I am based in Caerphilly, UK.
