I am a healthy mom (33 years old) of two extremely healthy boys who were breastfed (my 1 year old is still breastfeeding). I have a chest freezer full of frozen breastmilk dated from September 2022 - March 2023. Most bags are 5-6oz sorted and labeled into gallon ziplock bags. Can sell in bulk if needed.

I eat a very clean, whole foods, mainly organic diet - minimal gluten, dairy and processed sugar. No smoking, no drugs, and take daily vitamins to stay healthy - vitamin D, cod liver oil, immune support. Both of my boys are thriving and very healthy.
