I live a healthy life style and eat a varied diet. I consume Dairy, fish, meat, a variety of vegetables and legumes and fresh fruit daily with breakfast and natural greek yoghurt. I currently only drink de-caff coffee and this will continue whilst nursing.
I exercise frequently, and have done so throughout my entire pregnancy. I do not smoke, or vape and do not consume alcohol. I do not take any medication whatsoever nor do I have any health issues. I currently take iron and vitamin C to ensure that my breastmilk will be of the highest quality. I am in my late twenties and have previously had an exceedingly healthy milk supply, whilst using a hospital grade pumping machine. Milk will be stored in BPA free nano-bebe, 5oz, storage bags that are double zipped and tear-proof. They will be dated individually. Milk will be stored in the fridge immediately after pumping and delivery can be organised locally for regular fixed days/timings, this will be an additional cost. Collection can be organised if preferred.
I am looking to establish a fixed supply to one client/family ideally. There will be no pictures of myself what so ever, (photos of food intake and expressed milk can be requested). No Videos, No Cheques accepted, Paypal only. I will sign into my PayPal account to check balance before delivery/shipping.
