Hey! I have a one month old who won’t take a bottle. She is healthy, happy and getting chunky from mamas milk. I’m running out of room in my freezer and want to help pay some of the medical bills with excess milk. I am a healthy and active 30 year old who eats very well and loves to be outside. I eat spinach and fruit daily. Salmon twice a week with a kale salad. I am also taking a prenatal to make certain I get everything I need. I have cut out all caffeine and alcohol as well as lessened my sugar intake to care the best I can for my little one and hopefully yours. Willing to alter my diet for someone looking for long term milk supply.
