Hi! I’m Natalia and I am a 26 year old mother of identical twin girls who were born at 34 weeks. I am an over producer and have a huge freezer stash and am actively producing about 50oz a day which is more than they currently need. I am extremely healthy 5’6” and 160lbs at only 3 months postpartum. I eat healthy and stay super hydrated. I do not smoke or do any recreational substances and I have no underlying health conditions or need medication. I have very healthy and fat-rich milk and my girls have had no problems playing catch up in their weight being exclusively on my breast milk. No need to fortify with formula. Hoping to help out another mom and baby do the same with the extra milk I have ☺️
