Hi there. My Baby was Born 8/1/23. I have an oversupply of milk; the freezer is full already. It has all been kept and dated from the second week of August. I would also be willing to pump fresh for local mamas and papas. I live a healthy lifestyle and eat a very well-balanced diet- mostly vegetarian. occasional pescatarian, low mercury fish only. I exercise daily. In seven weeks, my baby went from 6lbs 13 oz to 11 lbs exclusively breast fed. I am drug and alcohol free. Very low daily intake of caffeine (one cup of chai in early morning). I use a Spectra, no back flow, pump and clean all parts thoroughly between each pumping session. One-time buyers are welcome, as well as long-term clients. All milk is immediately refrigerated and frozen within 24 hours. Also, A.M milk is bagged separately than P.M., and each is clearly marked. I do not take any prescription pharmaceutical medications. I do take a prescription prenatal vitamin, an omega 3,6 & 9 (includes DHA) supplement; as well as methyl folate and B12 (as methocobalmin).
