Unvaccinated breastmilk from Whole Foods mostly vegetarian organic diet with minimal if any processed foods. Eat foods in season many from farmers market or grown on our own property. Focus on gut health and mindfulness for a healthy breast milk for your baby. I’m not on any medication or take any over the counter drugs/ pain killers.
My baby has minimal slit up and gas issues.
