It does not expire until 2025, thanks to that process.
Each package has instructions on how much water to add to rehydrate it.
Shelf-stable.
The only pills I have taken regularly while pumping are a postnatal pill, soy lecithin and an allergy medication that is safe while breastfeeding. I take ibuprofen very rarely when needed.
I follow a vegan diet (no eggs, dairy, meat or fish).
I’ve breastfed my child for almost 2 years at this point, and things have gone quite well.
