Healthy, active, overproducing 25 year old with a healthy baby boy who’s in the 90th percentile for weight!

I eat a generally healthy, mostly organic diet that does include dairy. I start every day with a green smoothie to clean out my system with lots of oats which I noticed has increased my milk supply almost triple. I take my postnatals + vitamin D + probiotic supplements daily. I do not take any over the counter medications and limit myself to one coffee every other day. No smoking or drinking of alcohol/energy drinks. I did not receive the COVID vaccine nor have I ever contacted COVID!

My baby boy has been healthy and in the 90th percentile for both weight and height. Gaining lots of weight weekly!

I sterilize all parts according to AAP guidelines. With a baby and working with children daily, I am exposed to illnesses regularly, which enriches my milk with antibodies.
