I use the papablic bottle dryer and sterilizer, no cozy pump and medela pump as well. Gets washed after every use. Milk is frozen within 12 hours in a lansinoh milk bags in a separate deep freezer specifically for breast milk away from any food and tightly shut with a alert system to make sure it’s at right temperature.

PS: I pump about 35oz from one boob everyday and breastfeed my child from the other. He does not latch on the side I pump due to the milk flow being too fast for him and chocks him lol.
