I am a very healthy 31 year old who has been breastfeeding now for almost 4 years, my 2 children. I lead a healthy lifestyle through my diet. I do eat dairy and so it would be inappropriate for dairy or lactose intolerance. Both my children are absolutely thriving!! My youngest is now off the centile charts due to his fantastic growth and is on just my breastmilk, disinterested in solids. So I believe I do have some gold top stuff in the boobs ha. My youngest is 13kg at 8 months old. I have no physical health conditions. I sterilise my breast pump with each use and transfer immediately to bags and freeze. I have colostrum and transitioning milk also. They have been in a deep freeze from April 2023.

I do take high strength vitamin D and vitamin C daily with a prebiotic. I take 2 other medications also that I can discuss via private message, however no evidence of trace in breastmilk.
