I am a 24 year old woman producing wayy too much milk. I do NOT drink/smoke. I take prenatals, zinc, magnesium, and calcium. I have ALOT of milk stored to offer and still producing. My baby is 3 months old and has enough. I eat very healthy and I workout. I also have completed the process to donate milk to the local hospital.
