I’m not on any medication.
I do not have any health conditions.

I take Food Grown Wild Nutrition Pregnancy & New Mother Support, Vitamin D and Pregnancy & New Mother Omega 3. I have taken these supplements everyday as per suggested dose since 4th week of pregnancy.

I also take Brewers Yeast to increase milk flow.

I eat mainly vegetarian diet, with some fish on occasion. Since pregnancy have been eating a little meat very occasionally.

I drink decaf tea. No coffee. Only water throughout the day.

Non smoker. Non vaper. (And always have been). No drugs.

No Covid 19 vaccine.
