Hello!

My son is two months old and I’ve already got at least 500 ounces excess. I produce about 30-50 extra ounces per day.

My son was born on November 9, 2023 at 7lbs 2 oz and after 8 weeks he is currently 12 pounds.

- I do not drink caffeine.
- I drink alcohol on holidays and can avoid those dates if you prefer.
- I received the RSV vaccine in November 2023 and Covid vaccine in March of 2021.
- I eat a varied diet that includes meat, dairy and sugar.
- I do not smoke.
- I do not do drugs and have never done drugs including marijuana.
- Most of this milk is excess from the side my son does not nurse. It is collected in a haaka and frozen. Some is pumped but 80% is collected in a haaka.
- I work in the food industry and am conscious about food safe practices. I do not mix milk of different temperature. I freeze milk the same day it is collected ( but not always within 30 minutes as this site requests.)
