I am a healthy 28 year old mum of a 4 month girl , I am exclusively pumping . I have a large freezer stash of breast milk and running out of space to store. I have milk stored from October 2023 . It is usually frozen on the same day or after 2 days of being in the fridge . I always follow guidelines for sterilising and storing .
I don’t drink alcohol , caffeine ect and have a very healthy balanced diet & no medical conditions .
