I am a first time mom to a 2 week old baby girl. My oversupply is taking over my freezer, so I am trying to help some mommas out. I do not consume alcohol, nicotine products, tobacco or weed. Formerly a gym rat so I eat clean, take care of my body, and drink lots of water. Making sure my milk is the highest quality is important to me.
